About us

     Anne's Windy Poplars Cottage Resort was established by John and Jean Brewer in 1987.  It was among the first accommodations in the area to offer golf packages, and the only one to offer private hot tubs. They excellently maintained this 5 acre resort in the heart of Cavendish.  

    We have been updating, and remodeling to help keep this 4-Star resort desirable and relevant for the coming years- including installation of heat pumps, new pool liner, and renovations to exteriors. 

 In 2021, Covid-19 financial hardships forced the sale of cottages at the resort.  Since then, we have had amazing owners buy up these beautiful cottages for both private and short-term rental use.  

They continue to strive for excellence in service, and provide a quality, comfortable & memorable stay for their guests.
